Service description
GeniusTV provides an IPTV player application for Smart TV devices. It lets you manage and play your own M3U and Xtream playlists on your device. It does not include or supply any channels, playlists, or streaming content.
Free and Pro
GeniusTV is free to use with Live TV, the program guide, favorites and one playlist. GeniusTV Pro adds multiple playlists, movies, series and catch-up. A one-time payment of 10 USD, 10 EUR or 10 CHF, depending on your location, grants a perpetual Pro license for one specific device, identified by its MAC address. The license is non-transferable. Each device is licensed on its own. Payments are non-refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise (see Right of withdrawal).
Pro trial
New devices get 7 days of Pro automatically. After that the device continues on the free plan. No payment is required.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal by law. Pro is digital content that is activated right away: at checkout you ask for immediate activation and confirm that your right of withdrawal ends once activation has started. Consumers outside the EU have no statutory right of withdrawal. This does not affect any other rights you have under mandatory law.
Content responsibility
GeniusTV is a player application only. You are solely responsible for the content of your playlists and must ensure you have the right to access everything you stream.
